Refund policy: failed edits are refunded
You pay for usable image edits. This policy explains how paid credits are restored when the generation fails and what to do when the automatic check misses a problem.

Automatic credit return
If the service cannot produce a result, times out, or returns an unusable technical response, the paid credit is returned automatically when the task is closed. The balance may take a short time to refresh.
What counts as a failed edit
- No result is produced or the result cannot be opened or downloaded.
- The output is blank, corrupted or clearly unrelated to the submitted image.
- The generation ends with a service error after a paid credit was consumed.
What is not an automatic failure
A result that is technically complete but needs another wording attempt, has a different artistic interpretation or does not meet a subjective preference is not automatically refunded. You can review the result before publishing it and submit a manual review when the output is clearly defective.
Manual review
Keep the task details and the generated result, then use the support channel configured for the site. Include the task time, the original image and a short description of the failure. We review requests against the task record and restore the credit when the service failure is confirmed.
Payment disputes
A credit return is different from a payment-provider chargeback. Please contact support first so we can check the task and correct the balance without interrupting your account.
