These terms describe the conditions for using the image text editor. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Using the service
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not probe, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service or its providers.
Your content and results
You keep the rights you already have in the images and text you submit. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the generated result for your own lawful work. You are responsible for permissions, accuracy and the way you publish the result.
Credits and paid features
Credits are used for eligible image edits. Any pricing, expiry and resolution limits shown at checkout apply to the purchase. Credits are not a bank account, cannot be transferred between people and may not be resold.
Failed edits
When an edit is detected as a failed generation, the corresponding paid credit is returned according to the Refund Policy. A result that needs a small correction or does not match your creative preference is not automatically a technical failure.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. Image generation can produce mistakes, and you should inspect every result before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every result will meet a particular creative, commercial or legal requirement.
Suspension and changes
We may suspend access for abuse, security reasons, non-payment or a serious breach of these terms. We may update the service and these terms as the product changes; the date above identifies the current version.
